Run Port Stephens

11 Dec 2022

The run course at Port Stephens would be considered one of the most exciting and inviting tracks across Australia. With a wide road start, runners will have enough time to spread out before the fast flat paths that follow the edge of the pristine coastline. This course is perfect for not only runners but for spectators and families who want to enjoy their time in the safe saltwater beach (right next to the finish line) and massive kids play area, while their loved ones push themselves to the limit. Meandering through tree-covered paths, past the coffee shops and town centre, it will be hard to find a more luring running track of this distance in NSW.

This new run event will see thousands of runners converge into one of the most picturesque bay coastlines in Australia.
Whether rounding out your year with a half, marathon, or a shorter distance to take it all in. This is one of the most spectacular run courses in NSW, in stunning Nelson Bay.

This region is overflowing with wineries and restaurants so you can enjoy delicious and fun experiences after your ride and during your stay in our area. Whether you conquer the 150km or enjoy our 22km, the finish line will be pumping with music and sample treats to wash the sweat away and start the bragging stories.

Enjoy the atmosphere of the festival village where you’ll find entertainment and treats to eat, as well all of the latest gear for your running adventures!

A great way to tire the kids before the journey home. With a road start, and this little journey will take the kidz (and parents, carers or friends along the road, with plenty of room for prams and puppies (on a leash of course) before returning to the harbour and a snappy u-turn to the finish line for that well deserved SBR Finisher Medal.

3 laps. An amazing but challenging course where friends and family can get to see you up to 6 times to cheer you on while they enjoy breakfast by the bay and a dip in the calm waters next to the finish line…… and runners don’t forget to bring your swimmers. The inviting, cool seawater will be the perfect post-event recovery bath.
